Anyone know of any directors who would be perfect for Breaking Dawn? I have been kicking ideas around - and while doing so, some have been rather comical. Like Spielberg. Can you imagine? Edward and Bella are on one of Edward's long-assed snorkeling expeditions on Isle Esme and one of them utters "
I think we're gonna need a bigger boat." Or how about Guy Ritchie? They're all sitting around watching Bella writhe in pain and blow chunks... and all the sudden Jacob flies in with an oozy and says "
Has she got a tea cozy on her head?" Or the Farrelly Brothers? LOL! Edward's all moaning in Bella's pregnant lap and those dudes from "Something About Mary" show up with guitars singing something like this:
Bella and Edward, Edward and Bell
She's knocked up and he's going to hell
Why do they stay together oh why?
When she's just a human and Edward can fly.
Oh the possibilities are endless. So... again... got any director ideas for Breaking Dawn? Please do throw 'em my way!

Hard to tell since we haven't seen David Slade's work yet. Right now i would choose Chris Weitz over whatsername that did the first one tho...
Um, that would be whatsHERname! Catherine Hardwicke, you mean? Honestly Tracey - I have to tell you - I saw a trailer for Twilight the other day - with that cool music - and I realized I miss the original. It was more eerie and got the feel right; hot guy, scary potential. I am the first to say that Edward Cullen was not scary - but he might as well have been Lassie in New Moon. They lost that eerie feel, which I kindof knew they would. Say what you want about Catherine Hardwicke's quirkiness but that woman did a fantastic job with the $$ she had to work with.
